In your message, include your full name, registered phone number (if any), and a short confirmation that you want your account and personal data deleted permanently.

Wait for confirmation
Our support team will verify your identity and confirm when your account has been deleted. This usually takes up to 7 business days.
Please note: Deleting your account is permanent. You will lose access to bookings, preferences, and any rewards tied to your profile. Active appointments may need to be cancelled separately before deletion.
